Sessions are back at the Herne Hill velodrome - this session will be cancelled if it's raining and the track is wet (020 7737 4647 - website ). Although we may be able to use the mountain bike course or go for a run. So come prepared! Cost - £1 (+ entry to be paid separately) Wear suitable running attire and trainers and bring something warm to wear over the top when you have finished or something dry to change into. Don't forget to bring a drink too.

| Swimming | Friday - 19:45 - 20:45

Dulwich Prep - You must be able to swim a minimum distance of 50m. Please be on poolside at 19.45. Cost - £3.00 Don't forget to bring a drink. Girls must wear a swimming hat. NB: Please ensure juniors do not enter the water until a coach is present on poolside. No outdoor shoes allowed on poolside.

These sessions will be held in Crystal Palace Park. Meet in the top car park, near the Paxton Head statue. Cost - £3.00 Please check the training schedule as there are changes to Saturday sessions during the next few weeks. Bring your own bike and a cycle helmet, which must be worn for all sessions. Suitable (non-baggy) clothing should be worn for cycling and proper trainers for running. Bring something warm to wear over the top when you have finished or something dry to change into. Don't forget to bring a drink too.
