Frances is doing the London Triathlon for the third time at the Olympic distance, and fund raising for Leukaemia Research for the second time. Frances says 'This is because I know of people who are still dying of these diseases for which more research is needed. I want to help! I would like to both beat my previous race times and fundraising targets. Please help me to do this.' You can sponsor Frances via her JustGiving website.

Belated congratulations to Noel Murphy and Frances Greenall for winning their age groups at the June Mid Sussex Sprint Triathlon.
Congratulations also go to Lauren for winning three of the recent Tooting Bec Lido Aquathlons and to Lauren and her team who were the first female team across the line the Microsoft Challenge, winning the trophy for best female team and raising a really huge amount of money for charity too. They came in 15th overall out of 122 teams which is apparently the highest position for a ladies team ever in the challenge. Well done!
Jon Horsman and Suse Fairfax won their age groups at the White Oak Sprint Triathlon, with Greg Lewis and Cathy Cooke as runners up.

Jon and Suse also won their age groups at the Worthing Triathlon on 22 July.
Here are the results for races so far in July:
