Session fees: Adults £5.00, Juniors £3.00, or you can pay an inclusive training fee (Some sessions, like Crystal Palace track, incur an additional fee). Please make sure you have the money to pay for your session on arrival.There is no charge for the Wednesday night run sessions and the Sunday Club ride.

Junior road rides (12+, with permission of head coach) - A parental constent form (PDF) must be completed in advance of the ride and guidelines must be read and mandatory requirements fulfilled.
